WHAT can be returned?
Faulty goods can be returned for full credit.
For change of mind returns, goods must be returned in a state that allows for the resale of that item at the customer’s expense.

HOW do customers return item(s)?
You must contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the concern with your item(s) and why you wish to return it. Once refunds are approved, credit for refunds will be processed in same method as they were paid.
